| Styles (icon, color, scale, width, and opacity) are not persistent in Google Earth 5.1. If the user edits the properties of an entity and closes the dialog box by clicking OK, and subsequently edits the same entity and closes the dialog box by clicking Cancel, all custom style information is lost and replaced by defaults. |
