Manually Refresh Network Link

All interactive Earth Survey tools depend on network links to convey information to and from the server. Network links are identified by a normally green disk in the center of a folder icon and cannot be refreshed by unchecking and rechecking them. Any network link may be manually refreshed from either the context menu (fig. 1) or the Edit menu (fig. 2). Fig. 1 shows a checked and selected (highlighted) network link and the associated context menu.

1.   From the context menu

  1. Ensure that the network link is checked and selected.
  2. Right-click on the network link.
  3. Select Refresh.

  2. Drop down the Edit menu.
  3. Select Refresh.
